Three decades of dedication to traditional pastry making

Giannis Dagkos began his journey in pastry making in 1982 in Koimisi, Serres. After studies and experience in Thessaloniki and Paris, he returned to create one of the most beloved pastry shops in the region.

Moves to Thessaloniki for further training

Training at Flokas pastry shop in Paris

Opening of the first shop in Kalamaria

Second shop in Sykies, Thessaloniki

Evosmos

Expansion with a third shop in Evosmos

Return to roots

Return to Koimisi with a new shop at the current location
